Family Photography or Children Photography by Aneta and Tom isn’t just standard photoshoot. It’s all about you, your lifestyle, your personality as a family. Just as every family is unique so too is every photo shoot and that is what make natural light family or children photography so special. Before photoshoot we’d like to have a chat about things you like, how you spend your time, your hobbys, etc. This allows us to capture your unique style. We might ask you to bring some accesories with you. We will use them on the shoot. It is good when you are dressed up in similar patterns. For example if all of you wear jeans and white T-shirts. It works really well specially on on-location shoots.
An on location photo shoot is a wonderful way for your family to spend some quality time together in a beautiful location. Away from the confines of a studio we are able to capture everyone relaxing and having fun. Children who would find a studio shoot tedious in the extreme can instead spend the time clambering over logs, climbing trees and basically doing the type of things kids love doing. It is a perfect family day out.
Don’t worry about the weather either, hopefully it will be kind, but if it is pouring with rain then we are happy to shift the appointment to another date or we will be suitably wrapped up for the weather and can head out for some fun puddle jumping. Overcast or foggy weather is ideal; sunny is fine if a little tricky to photograph in, which is why we like to shoot early or late in the day to get the best light.
When you look at good family portrait you can see invisible bond, something special that keeps them together, what makes them a family. That what we try to capture.
